Job Overview As the first point of contact to our customers, this role develops and builds rapport with existing accounts, generates new business growth and also provides assistance to Customer Support team. Develops a robust pipeline through warm and cold calls while meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics. Works in a team environment coordinates with cross-functional teams i.e.: Accounting, Sales, and Shipping. Limited travel to industry tradeshows and conferences to market, promote and sell company products. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach. * Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. * Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or solutions. * Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person. * Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics. * Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Remain up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors. * Assists and offers support in all matters relating to general office functions. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Support customer with application guidance * Other duties as assigned Preferred Skills and Strengths * Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar position * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills * Excellent verbal, written communication skills * Adaptability and ability to work under pressure * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently.
