Now Hiring: Business Development Manager - Dallas & Fort Worth, TX Jibe Staffing is a leading provider of workforce solutions, committed to delivering high-quality staffing services and building strong client partnerships. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support and expand our operations across Dallas and Fort Worth. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. * Conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtually, to assess workforce requirements and recommend appropriate staffing solutions. * Present temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing services tailored to client needs. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements professionally. * Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful placements. * Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. * Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts. * Represent Jibe Staffing with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications: * 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the staffing industry. * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of staffing models and workforce solutions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated and capable of managing the full sales cycle independently. * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. * Professional, confident, and client-focused demeanor.
