Now Hiring: Business Development Manager - Dallas & Fort Worth, TX Jibe Staffing is a leading provider of workforce solutions, committed to delivering high-quality staffing services and building strong client partnerships. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support and expand our operations across Dallas and Fort Worth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtually, to assess workforce requirements and recommend appropriate staffing solutions.
• Present temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing services tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements professionally.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful placements.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Represent Jibe Staffing with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the staffing industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of staffing models and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing the full sales cycle independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
