Overview Fast growing auto dealership looking to add qualified sales reps to our team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage with clients effectively and negotiate successful outcomes. Duties - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of clients. - Engage in cold calling and inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize and implement effective sales tactics. - Utilize technical knowledge to provide solutions that align with customer requirements. - Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account progress in the CRM system. - Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or consultative environment. - Strong skills in product demonstrations and account management. - Experience with cold calling and inside sales techniques is highly desirable. - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results.
