Are you driven by results and ready to turn online leads into closed deals? GAEL AUTO SALES is hiring a motivated Online Auto Sales Rep to handle incoming internet leads, follow up through our CRM, and close deals from start to finish. This is not a traditional floor sales job, this is a proactive, phone-driven sales opportunity for closers who thrive in a fast-paced tech environment. * Full-time: 5 days/week * Sundays OFF (+ 1 additional day) * Base salary + commission + bonus structure RESPONSIBILITIES * Follow up with 150+ assigned internet leads per month * Make 50-100 outbound calls per day to set appointments and follow up * Handle your pipeline independently through our CRM system * Close the deal and complete the finance paperwork (BHPH or bank) * Answer inbound phone calls from new leads * Follow up with previous customers to drive referrals and repeat business * Conduct visual checks of vehicles daily to ensure they're ready for sale * Step in on the floor only when needed to assist with overflow customers WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Expert at using online CRM systems to manage and follow up with leads * Prior experience in auto sales and outbound lead calling * Understanding of how auto financing works, including submitting deals * Strong follow-up and organization skills * Ability to manage leads independently and track progress in a CRM * Excellent communication via phone, text, and in-person * Self-starter with a performance mindset * Bilingual (English/Spanish) We're not looking for seat-fillers.
