This role focuses on aggressive sales initiatives, leveraging innovative strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will align with Amy Newland strategies, emphasizing client-centric approaches and community engagement to achieve outstanding sales performance. Key Responsibilities: * Sales and Business Development: * Develop and execute proactive sales strategies for commercial insurance products, identify new business opportunities, and stay informed on industry trends and client needs through market research. * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions, conducting comprehensive needs assessments, and regularly reviewing coverage to ensure it remains adequate and current. * Customer Service Excellence: * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and claims promptly, educating clients on insurance products, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention through continuous follow-up. * Community Engagement and Networking: * Enhance the agency's visibility and reputation by participating in community events, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and representing the agency at industry events and client meetings. * Collaboration and Teamwork: * Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience, share market insights and strategies, and participate in sales meetings and professional development activities. * Data-Driven Decision Making: * Use CRM software and sales tools to track and analyze sales activities, prepare reports and forecasts, and refine strategies based on data insights and client feedback. Qualifications: * Education : * High school diploma or equivalent. * P&C and Life insurance licenses are highly desirable. * Experience : * Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Experience in developing and executing aggressive sales strategies and initiatives. * Skills: * Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively etc. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Number of new commercial insurance policies sold * Client acquisition and retention rates * Sales revenue growth from commercial insurance products * Client satisfaction scores * Conversion rate from leads to sales * Engagement in community and referral activities Compensation and Benefits * Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. * Comprehensive benefits package, including vision and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. * $1,000 sign-on bonus for Licensed Insurance Professionals. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * Supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and success.
