Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Thrift Live Stream Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves engaging customers through live streaming sales, showcasing products, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and the ability to promote products effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities * Host and participate in live stream sales , confidently presenting and modeling thrifted items on camera. * Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming on-camera presence that reflects the live stream shopping community. * Upsell products by highlighting features, value, styling ideas, and unique details during live sessions. * Engage with customers in real time through live chat, answering questions and encouraging interaction. * Assist with merchandising, prepping, and organizing products for optimal on-camera presentation. * Maintain accurate inventory through proper stock management and item placement. * Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive live shopping experience. * Maintain professional communication and excellent etiquette when interacting with customers during live streams. Experience & Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or live selling preferred. * Comfort being on camera and speaking confidently to a live audience. * Sales-driven mindset with experience upselling or promoting products. * Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management. * Experience with live streaming, social media, content creation, or product demos is a plus.
