Inside Sales Representative - Fire, Rescue Equipment- Mokena, IL Regular, Hourly (40 hours) Job Description: Firepenny is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is wanting to join a fast paced team environment in our expanding Fire Equipment & E-Commerce Division. Our Fire Equipment Division deals with rescue gear products and government contracts. The Inside Sales Representative main duties are quotation development and submittal on a tight deadline, working with and following up with current customers. Must be able to demonstrate outstanding Customer Service at all times. Our E-Commerce Division deals with the ability to enter customer orders, update pricing and add products using our current platform. We work direct with both resellers and end users. Job tasks and duties include, but are not limited to: Strong sales ability on the phone Assembling and submitting quotations Interfacing with end users as required for clarification Interfacing with Firepenny's vendors for competitive pricing on current and upcoming orders Developing customer relationships with follow up calls and emails Marketing of the product in the manner appropriate to the customer Working with E-Commerce platform Minimum Requirements: Detail orientated Task driven High energy Time management skills Ability to meet strict deadlines Customer Service experience Associate Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent job experience Proficient at MS Office Suite Products, mainly Word and Excel Preferred Requirements: Upselling skills Fire & Rescue Gear Experience Undergraduate College Degree, BA in Sales or Business Experience in a sales support/relationship driven role Online trend / Social Media savvy Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
