Loyal is seeking enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representatives to join their team on a 100% commission basis. Job Description: Lead Conversion: * Initiate outbound calls to leads, helping residents understand the benefits of their roof and solar programs. * Skillfully convert leads into high-quality appointments for our expert sales team. Pipeline Management: * Maintain accurate records of lead interactions using our CRM system. * Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates. Achieve Sales Targets: * Work towards and surpass weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets. * Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding individual sales goals. Compensation and Benefits: * This position offers a competitive 100% commission-based structure. * Full commissions are disbursed on the Friday following the successful installation. * Average earnings range between $40,000-$70,000, with top performers reaching near $100,000. * Flexible working hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. * Flexible time-off policy with manager approval.
