Key Responsibilities * Connect with customers through proactive calls and personalized service. * Assist customers in planning and projecting their used truck needs. * Grow our customer base by seeking out new business opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships. * Promote and sell warranties to protect customer investments. * Handle sales transactions, contracts, and customer orders with professionalism. * Address and resolve customer questions and concerns. * Attain truck sales through telephone and personal contact with prospects and customers. * Grow market share through sales calls, fact finding, presentations, closing deals, and after-sales support. * Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the sales and delivery process. * Manage post-sale customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. * Obtain product knowledge, generate leads, and prepare tailored sales proposals. Qualifications * Driver 's License Required (A CDL is not required but is a valued asset). * 2+ years of Class 8 truck sales experience in dealership required. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering top-notch service. * Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Comfortable working under pressure while supporting a wide range of customers. * Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. * Strong computer, mathematical, and customer service skills. * Knowledge of financial accounting, sales, credit, insurance, and applicable state/federal regulations a plus. * Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
