Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: Base + Commission on New Business About Us: Premier MedSource is a fast-growing concierge medical device company specializing in biologics, surgical grafts, regenerative products, and revenue-capture consulting. We partner closely with surgeons and healthcare facilities to deliver high-quality biologic solutions that enhance patient outcomes. Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated Surgical Sales Representative to support active case coverage and business development in El Paso and Las Cruces. The ideal candidate is an experienced OR professional with a strong understanding of surgical procedures, hospital protocols, and biologic or implantable products. Key Responsibilities: * Cover scheduled surgical cases and ensure accurate documentation. * Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administrators. * Educate clinicians and staff on product use and handling. * Identify new business opportunities and onboard new accounts. * Maintain compliance with all credentialing and facility access requirements. Qualifications: * Prior experience in surgical or medical device sales (biologics, spine, orthopedics, OB/GYN preferred). * Active hospital credentials or ability to obtain them quickly. * Familiarity with OR protocols and sterile technique. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between El Paso and Las Cruces. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Compensation: * Competitive base pay + commission on personal sales and new business. * Additional incentives for account growth and performance.
