Sales Representative -- The Refinery Pilates Studio Location: Riverside, CA Pay: $17/hour + commission + bonuses Type: Part-Time or Full-Time About The Refinery Pilates Studio The Refinery Pilates Studio is a fast-growing, boutique fitness studio offering reformer Pilates, yoga, and sculpt classes in a high-energy, community-driven environment. We're not just a fitness studio -- we're a movement. Our mission is to help people feel strong, confident, and connected through every class. We're looking for a driven Sales Representative who thrives on connecting with people, loves closing deals, and is ready to help us grow our community. What You 'll Do * Call, text, and follow up with new leads daily to book trials and convert them into members * Confidently present membership options and promotions to potential clients * Build relationships with members to encourage renewals, referrals, and retention * Hit and exceed monthly sales goals -- with full training and support provided * Help execute local marketing events and in-studio promotions * Assist front desk operations: member check-ins, retail sales, and class bookings * Be a positive, professional representative of The Refinery brand at all times We 're Looking For * A self-starter who loves to connect, talk, and close * Goal-driven and comfortable following up with leads daily * Confident, high-energy, and comfortable on the phone and in person * Excellent communication and people skills * Experience in fitness, sales, or customer service preferred -- but not required * Team player with a growth mindset and positive attitude * Availability for evenings or weekends preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Projected Total Compensation: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week Work Location: In person
