Overall, a salesperson is responsible for maximizing sales and the customer experience in stores through successful day-to-day interactions, supporting an excellent customer experience, and ensuring that we continually improve sales and exceed customers' expectations. Responsibilities include: * Greeting and explaining all products to customers. * understanding and teaching products on the sales floor * Being a leader in Product knowledge and ensuring that you are extremely knowledgeable of the products on the sales floor. * Having excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills with a proactive approach * Listening and asking questions to determine the needs of every customer. * Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly shopping environment and responding to customers with exceptional customer service skills * Being able to push boundaries and be excited by new challenges * Being professional and ensuring that you meet our expectations (including dress code, appearance, and friendly behaviors) Requirements include: * 1-2 years of sales experience. * Ability to work in a team environment for success * Skills to proactively manage customer situations * Hardworking while being attentive to details * Possess excellent customer service skills * Maintain an unbreakable positive attitude We offer a competitive hourly salary for our sales associates.
