Your Role: At Anthony our Comfort Advisors are largely responsible for selling profitable Heating & Cooling (HVAC) system. They oversee projects through scheduling, completion, collection, and referral. While meeting and exceeding budgeted monthly sales targets. * Execute sales presentations as outlined in Anthony PHCE sales procedures, building a value greater than the customer's investment. * Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable, safe environments. * Complete proposals and price jobs to our customers within the guidelines set forth by the company standards. * Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers. * Visit jobs sold to assure quality, answer customer questions, and collect and ask for referrals. * Ensure pricing and profitability by accurately proposing all jobs, using company-developed pricing, and emphasizing quality and value. * Communicate with our support staff, timely and efficiently, details of jobs, financing, and job scheduling. * Utilize company technology for communication and sales documentation. * Communicate to the Installation Technician the job requirements and expectations of the customer through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms. * Accept On-Call duties on a rotation basis with other HVAC Sales Reps as necessary to serve our clients. * Attend and participate in regularly scheduled sales meetings, special sales training, and technician technical training meetings on relevant topics. What You Bring: * Education & Experience: * High school diploma or GED required * 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred. * 1+ years HVAC Sales preferred. * Nexstar System training a plus. * People Skills: Charismatic, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly. * Communication: Confident in engaging with customers and explaining our services. * Tech Savvy: Comfortable with iPads, computers, data entry, scheduling software, and basic Microsoft Office tools. experience a plus. * Drive & Energy: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take initiative. * Flexibility: Must have flexibility in work schedule; available for evenings, weekends, and on call when our customers are available. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand and move around for extended periods. * Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds. * Comfortable working in home setting and engaging with a variety of people.
