Position: Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) We're looking for a high-energy Outbound SDR to fuel our growth and become a key player in our sales team. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with direct mentorship from Kevin Dorsey (KD) --one of the world's top sales leaders--and Jeff Stirling , who helped scale Deel to $800M ARR. What You 'll Do: * Generate leads: Use creative strategies to identify and engage potential customers via calls, emails, and social outreach. * Qualify prospects: Understand their needs and connect them to how Finally's solutions can transform their business. * Build relationships: Establish trust and excitement with SMBs by showcasing Finally's value. * Hit targets: Meet and exceed lead generation and sales KPIs, tracking progress in Salesforce and other tools. * Collaborate: Work with top-notch sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and drive success. What We 're Looking For: * Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus but not required. * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with resilience in the face of challenges. * Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) is a bonus. * Passion for learning and career growth--this role offers clear paths to AE or other advanced positions in just 8-12 months!
