Day-to-day responsibilities: * Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships * Generate sales leads and schedule appointments. * Educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage * Process payments, renewals, and policy changes. * Assist with local marketing and perform daily office tasks * Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment Requirements: * Self-motivated with a positive attitude. * Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License. * Must have a valid Texas ID/DL. * Must have reliable transportation, and willing to commute between locations. * Availability: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm. * Preferred: Bilingual.
