Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales , develop new business, and manage key accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development , management , and customer service skills, with experience in B2B sales , territory management , and CRM software such as Salesforce. As a vital part of our sales force, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence through strategic lead generation , cold calling , and delivering compelling product demos. Duties * Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling , client meetings, and presentations to promote our products and services. * Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management to maximize sales growth. * Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for targeted outreach. * Deliver engaging product demos and conduct technical presentations tailored to client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close deals through effective negotiation skills while maintaining excellent customer relationships. * Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness. * Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales , technology sales , or related fields such as retail sales , with a focus on management or business development roles preferred. * Strong understanding of sales management , territory management , and lead generation techniques including cold calling. * Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other similar platforms; excellent data analysis skills. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate products effectively (product demos). * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members. * Demonstrated ability to upsell, cross-sell, and identify new revenue opportunities (upselling) within existing accounts. * A proactive approach to building relationships, coupled with strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients across various territories.
