As a growing leader in the home solutions space, we're seeking motivated individuals with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping others make confident decisions. * What You'll Do * Attend pre-qualified, company-generated appointments with residential clientsno cold calls, no gimmicks * Conduct thoughtful, in-home consultations tailored to each homeowner's needs * Provide clear, value-based proposals with visual examples to guide purchasing decisions * Utilize digital tools (e.g., iPad apps) to showcase our offerings and streamline client experience * Deliver premium service with every interactionbefore, during, and after the sale * Maintain a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset with peers and leadership * Participate in paid training and ongoing mentorship What We 're Looking For * A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your local territory * Confidence in engaging with clients in person and earning their trust quickly * Comfort using tablets and digital platforms for proposals and scheduling * An eye for aesthetics and a desire to match solutions to each home's unique style * Outside sales experience preferredand a teachable mindset and drive to grow * Compensation & Schedule * Uncapped commission structure with performance bonuses * Current team members average between $144,00-187,00 Requirements * Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours work * Required Experience: (1) years Work Location: In person
