Direct Responsibilities/Duties: * Meet or exceed monthly Business Development quota * Increase loan officer's database by 20% or more per quarter by scheduling new meetings and managing current referral partner database * Conceptualize and execute events to introduce new potential partners to increase brand awareness & revenue for the lender * Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development teams to strategize team efforts and content * Execute & analyze the growth of social media presence through outreach, posts, and other creative methods with consumers as well as Real-estate professionals Requirements: * 2-4 years of sales or lead generation experience * Ability to conduct market research and cold calling to generate leads * Caylx Point, Salesforce, or experience with a CRM system * Mortgage experience is a plus * Familiarity and comfort with social media.
