As an AT&T Customer Representative - Entry Level, you will strengthen your communication skills through individual sales and connecting our client, AT&T, with their local consumer base. *AT &T Customer Representative - Entry Level Responsibilities: * Support sales growth through informative in-person introduction of client products and services within the local region. * Develop meaningful, lasting customer relationships that build loyalty, repeat business, and long-term engagement. * Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information learned during Customer Sales Trainee training. * Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, and apply what you learn to grow within this entry-level opportunity. * Keep accurate, detailed records of customer interactions to ensure consistency and personalized sales follow-ups. * Serve as a trusted resource by showcasing product benefits and value, rather than relying on discounts. * Collaborate with Customer Sales Trainee team members to ensure both client satisfaction and business success. Qualifications of an AT &T Customer Representative - Entry Level: * A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a similar position. * Reliability and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * An energetic professional with a positive attitude and a commitment to supporting both customers and Customer Sales Trainee colleagues. * An interest in business, sales, client relations, or strategy development is a plus.
