We believe in nurturing client replationships and gaining trust for ongoing professional relationships and referrals. Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development - Drive sales efforts through relationship building, prospecting, quoting, and closing new business. - Maintain accurate records and documentation though our CRM system. - Develop relationships with property managers, Realtors, HOA's, and property owners to drone new business. - Project Management - Oversee all aspects of active projects from initiation through completion. - Coordinate scheduling and manage subcontractors. - Maintain communication with customers, subcontractors and office personnel. - Marketing Support - Actively participate in our marketing system - canvass area during project builds, solicit referrals from customers and industry contacts, build awareness on social media.
