We provide homeowners with premium windows, expert guidance, and a seamless in-home sales experience. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Window Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is strictly for candidates with prior window sales experience. You will meet with homeowners, present window options, and close sales while using our software/app to manage leads and quotes. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations for window replacement projects. * Present and demonstrate window products, highlighting features and benefits. * Create accurate quotes and proposals using our sales software/app. * Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships. * Collaborate with installation teams for a smooth customer experience. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: * Proven window sales experience required. * Comfortable using software/apps for quoting and CRM tracking. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
