Position Summary: As a Sales Associate at Purple, you will be a key contributor to generating sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive Personal Sales: Provide an exceptional selling experience customers, ensuring an increase in sales and KPIs. Make strategic sales decisions that align with Purple 's core values and objectives. Drive individual sales results through effective sales strategies to meet company performance metrics. Set and track personal sales goals, take ownership of results, and consistently monitor progress. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Personal Development: Exhibit selling behaviors that align with Purple 's sales strategy and goals. Continuously develop in selling skills, performance, and product knowledge. Contribute to creating a positive and motivating work environment. Uphold Purple Visual and Operational Standards: Adhere to Purple 's policies, including safety and operational procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and adopt a solution-oriented approach to problem solving. Ability to learn and share product knowledge with customers to ensure they find the best solution for their needs and preferences. Required Skills, Education, and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years ' experience in a retail environment strongly preferred. Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology and tools. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Have a passion for delivering excellent service. Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. A desire to improve selling behavior and problem-solving techniques. Enthusiastic, positive attitude. Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Physical Requirements: Physical activities may occasionally include: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc. Moving in various positions to complete tasks in different environments.
