This role focuses on motivating the team to generate leads, build strong client relationships, set and achieve sales targets, and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while managing the outside sales team statewide. - Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable for achieving individual and company sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including territory assignments, quotas, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and take corrective action to meet objectives and budgets.
- Build and maintain client relationships, support account executives in negotiations, and drive new business opportunities.
- Track competitive activity, manage sales reports, and present updates to executive leadership.
- Oversee department expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of sales experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
