This role involves engaging in both outside and inside sales, focusing on business development, account management, and territory management. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and utilizing CRM software to track sales activities. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software for lead generation, tracking customer interactions, and managing sales pipelines. * Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings to potential clients. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that drive sales growth. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for upselling and territory expansion. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or retail sectors. * Strong understanding of sales processes including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. * Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. * Demonstrated analysis skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly. * Experience in managing territories effectively while achieving sales targets. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
