Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing an exceptional shopping experience. This position requires a keen understanding of retail math, product knowledge, and the ability to upsell products to meet customer needs. Duties * Assist customers in selecting the right tires, wheels, and automotive products based on their needs, budget, and vehicle specifications. * Provide professional advice and product recommendations related to tire sales, wheel customization, and automotive repairs. * Understand and promote the full range of services offered by Tops Tire & Wheel. * Manage customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring quick and accurate responses. * Prepare quotes for customers, explaining pricing, warranties, and service options clearly. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business. * Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure product displays are up to date. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. * Collaborate with the shop technicians and management to ensure smooth service delivery. * Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and new technologies. Experience * Proven experience in automotive repair sales and customer service, preferably in tire and wheel sales or related fields. * Knowledge of automotive parts, tire and wheel specifications, and suspension systems. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality customer service. * Sales-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. * A passion for cars and the automotive industry is a plus!
