Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Phone Telemarketer to join our sales team. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to introduce products and services * Engage in business development activities by identifying potential opportunities and nurturing client relationships * Effectively communicate product features and benefits, emphasizing technology sales and CRM software solutions * Negotiate terms with clients to close sales and meet sales targets * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies * Maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service during all interactions * Follow up with leads generated from previous campaigns or inquiries to maximize conversion rates Experience * Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling roles, preferably within B2B or technology sales environments * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Background in customer service, business development, or technical sales is highly desirable * Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach * Prior experience with marketing campaigns or warm calling strategies is a plus This position is ideal for energetic individuals eager to develop their sales skills within a professional environment that values communication, persistence, and strategic outreach.
