Generate leads, prospect potential clients, and develop relationships with key decisionmakers in target industries. * Client Consultation: Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice on suitable insurance solutions for their businesses. Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Sales and Negotiation: Present insurance proposals to clients, effectively communicate the value proposition, and negotiate terms and pricing. Close sales deals and ensure high customer satisfaction. * Relationship Management: Foster longterm client relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support. Stay informed about changes in clients' businesses, assess evolving risks, and make necessary adjustments to insurance coverage. * Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging risks in the commercial insurance sector. Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to differentiate our products and services. * Policy Administration: Facilitate the application and underwriting process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required paperwork. Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and renewals. * Compliance and Regulations: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to commercial lines. Ensure all activities and processes adhere to industry standards and legal guidelines. * Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other insurance team members, such as underwriters and claims professionals, to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients. Share insights and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team.
