JM Connect Group is expanding our AT&T Fiber campaign in the Charlotte area and is hiring an AT&T Account Manager to support residential customers with high-speed internet solutions and manage back end sales and customer accounts. This role focuses on working directly with local homeowners and residents to explain and sell available AT&T Fiber services, answer questions, and assist with service upgrades or new installations. We provide hands-on training to ensure each AT&T Account Manager is confident, informed, and prepared to succeed. As an AT&T Account Manager, you'll engage with customers in their communities and homes, help them understand the benefits of fiber internet, and guide them through the process of selecting the right service for their household. The AT&T Account Manager will also lead a small sales team while learning the ropes of face to face direct sales and management. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, want to develop sales and communication skills, and are interested in growth opportunities within a structured team environment. AT &T Account Manager Responsibilities: * Speak with homeowners and residents about AT&T Fiber availability and service options. * Educate customers on internet features, speed benefits, and installation processes. * Assist with new service enrollments, upgrades, and basic account questions. * Build trust by providing clear, accurate, and solution-focused information. * Meet daily and weekly performance goals while representing AT&T professionally. * Work closely with team leaders to improve outreach and customer engagement. * Maintain accurate records and follow campaign guidelines. AT &T Account Manager Qualifications: * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. * Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. * Interest in sales, customer service, or community-based work. * Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required. * Comfortable speaking with residents in a face-to-face environment. * Reliable, motivated, and open to coaching and ongoing training. * Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
