Aftersales Specialist: The Aftersales Specialist at TRESU Americas reports to the Aftersales Manager and is responsible for selling parts and services to our customer base while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This is a business-to-business technical sales job, and the best candidates will have an aptitude toward learning and understanding machines, equipment and consumables related to the industrial graphic arts business. TRESU Americas is based in Grapevine, TX and the position is full-time, in office. Work hours are 7am-4pm M-F. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field * Strong technical aptitude and a fast learner * Passionate and engaged about being great at what they do, the products they sell and the company they work for * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Enjoy selling and building relationships with customers * High attention to detail but still have a sense of urgency * Generous team member and good with time management * Strong work ethic, positive, energetic and social personality * Skilled in Microsoft office * SAP and CRM skills are a plus TRESU Americas offers a competitive salary and benefits including: * ADP HR benefits Health, Dental and Vision * Free life and disability insurance * HSA plan * Two weeks paid time off plus holidays (11 in 2026) * Annual Aftersales Performance bonus * Nonmatching 401K
