Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to focus on generating new business through outside sales. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing sales to grow the agency's customer base. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outside sales to generate new business opportunities and bring in new clients. * Identify and approach potential clients to discuss insurance options tailored to their needs. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. * Complete and submit new business applications and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. Compensation * Base salary of $40,000 per year * Commission on each new business policy brought into the agency * Additional bonus opportunities based on individual and agency performance * $1,000 sign-on bonus for Licensed Insurance Professionals. Qualifications * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. * Skills: Strong sales skills, proficient in computer and phone systems, effective problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation. * Licensing: Preference for candidates with a P&C and Life license. If unlicensed, must obtain P&C license prior to start date and Life licensing within 60 days (agency will reimburse the cost).
