Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate (Vape & Smoke Shop) WE ARE LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING INDIVIDUALS. GENUINE INTEREST IN SMOKE PRODUCTS IS REQUIRED We are a unique retail environment where you can bring your passion and knowledge for Vape & Smoke to work every day. If you love to tell people about the latest product drops or tips on how to have the best sesh, you will be a perfect fit! By serving our clients, you will help create the energy and excitement to promote Vape, Hookah & Smoke products along with the education to offer our clients the best solution for their needs. What we look for: -Enthusiasm and desire to learn about our products! -Strong attention to detail and organization. -Willingness to build meaningful connections with our customers! -Social media experience is highly preferred. (Potential for growth opportunities, with relevant social media experience) Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greet and engage customers in the store and on the phone, build customer relationship and keep the store organized / clean. - Must be a sales seeker and responsible for interacting with clients and identifying their needs. - Operate the Point of Sale system and process sale transactions - Maintain a strong understanding of all the products. - Maintain knowledge of current stock availability on the floor and backrooms. - Actively maintain store appearance, keep merchandise stocked and organized. - Assist with inventory counts, re stocking and pricing duty including sale preparation. - Available to work hours on weekends / weekdays. - Independent & self managed. - Reliable and organized.
