Responsibilities * Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program. * Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly schedule. * Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month to attract potential buyers. * Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed client appointments. * Participate in weekly script rehearsals to meet team communication standards. * Engage fully in team events, fostering a supportive and family-like environment. * Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls for professional growth. * Provide expert guidance to sellers, secure property listings, and execute effective marketing plans. * Demonstrate strong skills in pricing, staging, and all aspects of listing management. * Negotiate offers confidently and advocate for sellers' best interests. * Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology. * Must hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one; we offer free assistance to help you get licensed.
