What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities): * Represent our clients at live retail events and promotional setups * Engage with customers face-to-face, answer questions, and provide product knowledge * Close sales while maintaining professional service standards * Lift and set up event displays (up to 25 lbs) as needed * Work morning or afternoon shifts between 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. (weekend availability required) * Track and achieve personal and team sales goals * Attend team meetings for product updates, training, and performance development * Deliver excellent customer service while following compliance standards * Participate in promotional campaigns, contests, and events What We Offer: * Weekly base pay: $700-$900 plus uncapped commissions * Paid hourly training starting at $16/hr * Average on-track earnings: $1,000-$1,500 weekly with bonuses and incentives * Full benefits package after 90 days (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k) * Flexible scheduling within 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. shifts (no overnights or late nights) * Growth opportunities into leadership, management, and event coordination * Fun, energetic team culture built around collaboration and success Requirements: * Must be 18+ with reliable transportation * Comfortable standing/walking for shifts on your feet * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for event setup/breakdown * Weekend availability required * Strong communication skills and outgoing personality * Driven, competitive, and eager to learn sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,750.20 - $5,516.38 per month Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
