You'll have full support from our leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff as you drive growth, cultivate new business, and oversee the success of your territory. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and grow a branch, following the proven models we've used to expand across other locations. Key Responsibilities * This is a player/coach role initially as we build. If you are looking for a desk manager position, this won't be a fit. * Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals) * Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals * Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, leveraging both retail and insurance-focused sales approaches. * Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets. * Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for your team. * Maintain high standards for client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality roofing solutions. Qualifications * Experience: * * At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal). * * Experience in storm environments and your personal sales volume are taken into consideration if you have less than 3 years of industry experience * 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams (Outside of roofing industry is considered!) * Specialty roofing sales experience is highly preferred * Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales, along with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals. * Winning Attitude: A positive mindset and strong work ethic is a must.
