Precision Exterior & Services is a fast-growing, locally owned exterior cleaning company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We specialize in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and screen repair. As our company continues to grow, we are expanding our sales operations across DFW. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Manager to help lead and grow our sales team. This role is designed for someone who is coachable, confident, and ready to step into a leadership position. Sales experience is not required -- we provide paid training and proven systems to set you up for success. You will work with company-provided in-house leads, assist with door-to-door lead generation, and help train, manage, and support a sales team across DFW.
