Compensation

: $80K-$110K (DOE) Base + Uncapped commission

We are looking for 1-2 Outside Sales Reps to drive our growing footprint through the Little Rock, AR region.

What You'll Do

: We are looking for a talented and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive our commercial roofing service sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, commercial roofing, and service/maintenance sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. What we Offer:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.
• Minimum of 3+years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Salesforce
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
