Sales Representative - Multi-Family Division Location: Kennesaw, Charlotte and Charleston About the Role Sims-Lohman is looking for a Sales Representative Focus in Multi-Family Division. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with residential builders and developers, managing multiple cabinet and countertop projects, and ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish. What You 'll Do * Be the main contact for multi-family builders and contractors * Manage several projects at once, keeping them on schedule and within budget * Create and update 20/20 kitchen and bath designs * Prepare estimates and process customer orders * Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal teams * Communicate regularly with customers about project updates * Resolve issues quickly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction What You 'll Bring * 3+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design (multi-family experience preferred) * Proficiency in 20/20 Design software * Strong communication and organization skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Experience with Microsoft Office and order entry systems * Cabinet, countertop, or stone industry experience a plus Why Work With Us
