Job Description: Sales Manager Location: Pikes Peak Harley Davidson Colorado Springs, CO, 80918 Skills Required: Sales management experience Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to drive sales and meet targets Knowledge of motor vehicle sales and financing Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Manage and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals Ensure compliance with all sales and financing regulations Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management MANAGEMENT and SUPERVISION * Recruit, train, motivate, develop, supervise and evaluate sales staff. * Provide recommendations concerning the advancement, promotion, status or firing of employees. * Assign sales objectives to personnel in accordance with their skill levels. * Manage staff schedules, supervise time-keeping and prepare semi-monthly payroll data. * Adhere to and enforce company policies, practices and standard operating procedures. * Conduct departmental meetings with sales staff and attend weekly management meetings. * Collaborate with department managers and leadership team to achieve organizational goals, budgets and growth. * Salary position * Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity. * Be honest and ethical with all business dealings. * Lead by example and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff and co-workers. * Remain current with all sales department training available through Harley-Davidson University and other resources furnished by the company. * Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling. * Demonstrate an interest in growing and improving the sales department
