Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative Job Description This is not a traditional sales job. We are a fast-growing roofing company operating in competitive markets, and we are selectively expanding our door-to-door sales team. We don't hire everyone --we hire the right people. What You'll Be Doing * Canvassing residential neighborhoods door-to-door * Identifying homeowners who may qualify for roof inspections or claims * Setting appointments and educating homeowners on the process * Working closely with managers and production teams * Tracking daily activity and following a proven system This role involves consistency --especially in the first few weeks. What We're Looking For We care less about resumes and more about mindset.
