Outside Sales Representative (Atlanta, GA) Location: Atlanta, GA (field-based) Type: Full-time Compensation: Base salary, quarterly bonuses, + uncapped commission (OTE: $100,000) About Safe Oil Solutions Safe Oil Solutions helps restaurants run smarter by automating and optimizing how they manage cooking oil, reducing waste, improving kitchen safety, and keeping kitchens running smoothly. We're expanding our sales force in Atlanta and looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Rep to help us grow. The Role This is a face-to-face, territory sales role. You'll own a defined Atlanta area, prospect new restaurant accounts, run on-site meetings and demos, and close new customers. This role is ideal for someone newer in their career who's hungry, coachable, and excited to learn a repeatable sales process while building real relationships. What You 'll Do * Prospect and build pipeline with restaurants and other commercial kitchens * Visit restaurants daily to introduce Safe Oil Solutions and book next steps * Run on-site demos and walk-throughs with owners, GMs, and kitchen leaders * Manage the full sales cycle: prospect -> meeting -> proposal -> close * Maintain accurate activity and deal notes in the CRM * Partner with operations/installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and great customer experience * Follow up consistently and professionally--speed and reliability win What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) * Become fluent in our product, pitch, and sales process * Establish a consistent weekly rhythm of field activity and follow-up * Build a strong pipeline and begin closing initial accounts * Earn trust quickly through responsiveness, clarity, and execution Who You Are (We 're Open to Early-Career Talent) * 0-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer success, or restaurant operations * Competitive, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach/in-person prospecting * Coachable--likes feedback and applies it fast * Organized and strong on follow-up * Comfortable working independently in the field most days * Valid driver's license + reliable transportation Nice to have (not required): * Experience selling to restaurants (foodservice, equipment, services, SaaS) * CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) * A track record of setting meetings or building pipeline Why This Role Is a Great Launchpad * Real territory ownership in a high-opportunity market (Atlanta) * Clear expectations, coaching, and a process you can master * On Target Earnings of $100,000 * Salary, Commissions, and Quarterly Bonuses * Growth path into Senior Rep * A product customers value: safety, simplicity, and less waste in the kitchen Benefits * Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000) * Car Allowance * Company Cell Phone * PTO + company holidays * Training + ongoing coaching * 401K * Gym Membership Job Type: Full-time Pay: $67,000.00 - $107,256.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement Work Location: Remote
