Job Overview The Front Desk / Sales Associate is the first point of contact for new prospects and existing members. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering excellent customer service, driving membership sales, and supporting daily gym operations. This role is ideal for someone who's energetic, organized, and passionate about fitness. Job Responsibilities * Greet members and guests warmly and professionally * Answer phone calls, texts, and emails related to membership inquiries, scheduling, and general questions * Conduct in-person and phone-based sales consultations with prospective members * Follow up with leads via text, email, and phone to drive trial bookings and conversions * Book and manage class schedules, appointments, and consultations using gym software * Check in members for classes and PT sessions * Perform walk-throughs of the gym throughout the day to help ensure cleanliness and organization * Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area * Assist with retail and merchandise sales * Support gym events, community outreach, and promotional campaigns * Provide ongoing support to members with questions, feedback, or concerns Job Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a front desk, retail, or customer service role (fitness industry a plus) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Tech-savvy; able to learn and use gym management software and CRM tools * Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask * Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals * Preferred: Received or in process of obtaining a Bachelors degree in a fitness or customer service related field Compensation & Perks * Free Elite Edge Fitness membership * Be part of one of Atlanta's most driven and welcoming fitness communities Ready to lead from the front and help people unlock their potential?!
