The ideal candidate will have some tile installation experience and sales or customer service training. General job description: * Sales position dealing directly with customers in retail & warehouse environment. Strong people and communication skills a must. * Help customers design their kitchens, baths and more by providing ideas, product knowledge and support. * Strong basic math skills required. * Basic MS Word, Excel, and POS skills helpful. * Expected to have product knowledge and to be able to relay information to customers (training available) * Must be available to work some Saturdays (Closed Sundays) * Current valid driver's license required * Able to lift 30lbs on a regular basis and occasionally 50lbs. * Able to put together music play lists for busy Saturday retail floor jam sessions * We are on a 4 day work week! So you get 3 days off a week. Compensation: For full time (34hrs or more per week): Hourly rate plus performance based commission Sick Days: 3 paid per year, 1 day earned per 4 months Vacation: 1week paid, after 1 year, 2 weeks paid, after 2 years Health insurance and IRA contributions for qualified employees Who we are: Tile For Less is a small locally owned and operated business that has been serving Utah families and businesses since 1996!
