Job Title: District Partnerships Manager (Powerbank Sharing) Location: Chicago, IL (Local candidates only) Compensation: Competitive Base + Performance Bonuses + Equity Options About the Role We are seeking a high-performing District Partnerships Manager to lead our expansion in the Greater Chicago Area. This is not a typical sales role; you will be the "CEO of Chicago Market," responsible for securing large-scale restaurant partnerships and building a world-class local team from the ground up. Your deep understanding of the Chicago F&B landscape (from West Loop hotspots to major suburban franchises) and your ability to scale operations through leadership will be the keys to success. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Expansion: Secure master-contracts with Chicago-based restaurant groups, hospitality management companies, and franchise owners. * Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to accelerate station deployment across the city. * Networking: Leverage existing relationships with key players in the Illinois Restaurant Association and local hospitality groups. * Market Ownership: Set and exceed quarterly targets for station installations, revenue growth, and market penetration. * Portfolio Management: Oversee the successful onboarding of high-traffic locations like sports bars, multi-unit restaurant groups, and entertainment venues. Requirements & Competencies * Chicago Market Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the Chicago F&B or hospitality tech industry. You should know who the decision-makers are at the city's top 50 restaurant groups. * Leadership Track Record: Proven experience in building and managing sales or operations teams (at least 3-5 direct reports). * Strategic Selling: Expert-level ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with franchise owners and corporate executives. * Local Network: An active portfolio of contacts within the Chicago hospitality scene is a mandatory requirement. * Operational Grit: Experience in hardware/IoT or delivery-tech (e.g., Toast, Grubhub, UberEats, Coca-Cola) is highly preferred.
