Overview As a Spa Consultant, you'll be the face of Glo--welcoming guests, maintaining salon cleanliness, and delivering top-tier service. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Requirements * Ability to open/close salon independently (location-dependent) * Able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 10 lbs * Quick and efficient when cleaning or assisting clients JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Sales * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Stay motivated and goal-oriented * Recommend personalized products and services Customer Service * Deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for every client * Provide exceptional support to new and returning guests * Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Cleanliness & Maintenance * Maintain a pristine salon environment * Assist with deep cleanings and audit preparation * Report equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting Compensation $12-$15 per hour blended pay!
