Salary Range: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Life Insurance Dental Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Vision Insurance Requirements o Prior sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required). o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. o Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. o Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic. o Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. o Ability to learn new products and services quickly. o Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (if not already licensed). o High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Responsibilities o Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to recommend appropriate insurance products. o Provide clients with information on policies, premiums, and coverage options, ensuring they make informed decisions. o Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities. o Follow up with leads and prospective clients to close sales and meet established goals. o Manage customer service needs, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns. o Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and market conditions to best serve clients. o Maintain and update accurate client records in the system.
