Our team is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a portfolio of mobility and technology clients serving local businesses across the Charlotte area. This role focuses on delivering helpful, professional support while guiding customers through wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training , hands-on coaching, and clear pathways for advancement into sales, account management, or leadership roles. No prior experience in telecom or technology is required -- we're looking for dependable, people-focused individuals who enjoy helping others. What You 'll Do * Support business customers by answering questions and providing service information * Help customers understand available mobility, internet, and connectivity options * Deliver a positive, solution-oriented customer experience * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up and service support * Maintain accurate notes and communicate customer needs clearly * Represent Catalyst Point and our client partners with professionalism and care What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and listening skills * Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred (not required) * Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable learning new products and systems * Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment * Reliable transportation for daily travel to the office and assigned locations Compensation & Schedule * Pay: Performance-based earnings averaging $800 -$1,000 per week, depending on activity and results * Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) * Training: Paid training provided This role offers performance-based compensation with opportunities for advancement into sales or leadership tracks.
