Sales & Marketing Representative - Home Health & Hospice Community Nursing Services (CNS), the 2nd largest homecare provider in Utah , is seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team in the greater SLC area. This role is designed for a motivated professional who thrives on developing relationships, generating referrals, and driving growth in the Home Health and Hospice industry. Why Join CNS? This position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, resilience, and the ability to effectively educate the community about the value of home health and hospice care. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong, long-term referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers. * Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm calling, and in-person visits. * Represent CNS with professionalism while educating referral sources on our Home Health and Hospice programs. * Identify and evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with clinical teams to ensure appropriate service placement. * Document and track all sales activity in the CRM on a daily basis. * Consistently meet or exceed referral and admissions targets. * Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining CNS's reputation for excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor 's degree and/or clinical license preferred. * Medical sales experience preferred , but candidates with a strong sales record in other industries are encouraged to apply. * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. * Ability to remain resilient and positive in the face of rejection. * Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation required.
