Key Responsibilities

• Sell private health insurance to U65 (under 65) clients via phone
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the company
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and renewals
• Maintain professionalism and compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commission-based phone sales experience (required)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in insurance sales is a plus but not required
• Must be able to commute daily to our Boca Raton office (This is not a remote position)
• Driver 's License required
