Location: On-site | Chino, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE) Overview: We're seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative to help drive company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting our sales cycle from lead generation to close. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment and enjoys inside sales, cold calling, and strategic customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media * Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, quoting, and closing * Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers * Promote additional product lines to increase customer value and retention * Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on sample requests and quotes * Enter and process customer orders and proof invoices * Monitor stock levels to ensure timely order fulfillment * Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs * Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions * Meet and exceed individual sales targets * Provide weekly updates on sales activities to the management team Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or customer service experience (product-based preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus TWI1 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance * Work from home Work Location: In person
